balmy morning

It was 63 degrees at 7 am this Christmas Eve morning!  We are breaking a record for the latest we have ever gone without snow in the season.  Gotta love El Nino (unless you're a skier).  We may have to eat our appetizers on the deck this evening.

No hat or gloves necessary on our early morning walk.  We tried to stay near the creek as much as possible, because it was cooler there!

"I'm hot!  Wish I had some snow to roll in!"

We've had some rain so the creek was flowing really good.
Wishing everyone a lovely, peaceful Christmas.

Oh Oreo...always on the lookout! Merry Christmas to you and your family little guy. We look forward to seeing more adventures in the woods soon! That's quite a big creek!

It's the same here Sara, I think it's almost as warm as some days in summer. You have a great place to walk the dogs.

It's been ranging from Spring, Summer to Fall weather here. We've seen very little winter weather. I had to go out with Katy this morning because she is not a fan of the wet weather and it's been so wet for weeks that the ground is like a mud pit in places. I think the dogs would prefer the snow honestly.

this is just perfect for the unseasonably warm weather we are all having. The boys look sooooooo handsome standing by the creek and wow was that water ever rushing!!! Wishing you a beautiful holiday, we think the world of you!!! xoxo

Hope you had a very Merry Christmas! We didn't have snow either and broke temperature records for the warmest Christmas on record. All the best for a wonderful New Year!

Hope you've all had a very good Christmas. Wishing for some snow for you too. Maybe if it stops being so warm over there, it might stop raining over here!
