winter walk

We had a bit of a thaw today, and the snow had settled down a bit so walking in it was manageable.

Ventured out to the park, to walk off some Thanksgiving leftovers, and it sure does look different there with all the white stuff.

There were lots of footprints, pawprints, and even some cross country ski tracks.
But we didn't run into anyone while we walked our two and a half miles.

Back to school tomorrow.  But only three full weeks and two days until Christmas break!

Oreo has his paws crossed for a snow day before then!

it looks cold - we had a wonderful 68 degrees today and sunny......I think we will keep our warm weather even though the boys would love that now :)

68 sounds perfect! But I was happy with our 47 degrees...had to keep shedding clothes I got so warm.

Great pictures. Strange weather here, warm, cold, snow, warm. No accounting for it.

Burr, my feet got cold walking through your pictures. I am such a hot-house plant. I think, Oreo and Chewy thrive in the brisk air. Aloha.

Love early winter snow falls, so easy to make trails and so pretty and quiet in the woods. We still don't have any snow but I'm sure we'll get some for Christmas.

We've been running between 70 and 80 here - beautiful weather! Is the bridge icy?
