tricky t-day ~ more chins

Did some 'chin' variations this week.

Here is Oreo putting his chin on a pillow.   Plus, he hides under the pillow which he started offering on his own when I brought the pillow out, so I decided to go with it. Then, putting his chin on my shoulder.

Love my little trickster.

Here's Chewy learning to  put his chin on the pillow, under Oreo's watchful eyes.

Not setting my alarm tonight!  Pretty confident we're going to have our first snow day of the school year. Even our principal sent out an email saying that it's probably a good idea to input our quarter grades by the end of the day Tuesday, even though they're not due until Wednesday afternoon.  Timing of the storm is perfect, starts in the middle of night, goes into the morning, and the amount is enough to close school - 8 to 12 inches.  3-5 inches is always a crapshoot whether they will close or not, more likely a 2 hour delay.  1-3 and we'll be heading in.

All our big storms happened on the weekend this year.  So unfair!  We deserve this one. One of the best perks of my job.  It'll give us more time for tricks!

Snow days are great but we don't have any built in, so now we have to make up our snow day. What a drag! Happy Snow day!!

I guess if you come home and find all the cushions on the floor - you will know what happened to them :) That is what happens at our place...we play the 'find it' game where I hide things ....one of the places was behind cushions and now Reilly is always check them to see if he missed something :)

Ha ha ha! I'm not holding my breath on getting a snow day tomorrow. We're supposed to get six to eight inches of snow, but my district is notoriously short on common sense. Usually dangerous wind chill is the only thing that closes us down. We shall see, though. If it comes down like they say it will, I guess there's a chance.

I adore Oreo doing that trick! What a sweetheart!

Oreo hiding under the pillow is so cute. Loved it when they both did chin together. Weather forecast is all over the place here from 2 to 4 cm to over 10 cm, depends on whether the storm tracks south or moves further north.

Ourschool systems have had 7 snow days since the beginning of January. Plus a longer than normal holiday break...it's been crazy here. Enjoy your day!

Hope you get your snow day! Loove Oreo's hide! How on earth do they manage to stay so relaxed with each other learning things. I'm finding it so hard!

Hoping you got to stay home. Here in Detroit the schools have been closed more than they have been open this winter. We are getting hammered again today, it is heading your way!
LOVED when the boys did their "chin" together!
Oreo's "chin" on your shoulder and his "hide" were just too adorable!

Just catching up on some older posts. We love Oreo hiding under the pillow. Maybe he was a little scared of your moose jaw shirt since he is named after a cookie. He didnt want the moose to eat him up. Lol.

First snow day? Kids here have already had at least a week I think. And for a lot less snow I'm sure, but more than we usually get anyway.
