tricky t-day ~herd

I found the cutest stuffed sheep at Target.  Jeff said, "Oh, you can teach Oreo to herd the sheep!"

Had to buy the sheep!

Here is Oreo learning to "herd".  He has "herding the coffee table" down pat. However, when I put the sheep down, Oreo has been doing so many paw tricks lately, he kept offering me his foot on the sheep, and knocking the poor thing over.

I noticed he prefered herding the sheep AND me at the same time, but he did get it in the end.

WaY TO GO Oreo the SHEEPDOG! He looks great 'herding' wonder what he would think of real sheep? What a cute sheep, I have not seen one like that or I would have to have one.

Oreo would make a fabulous sheepdog... providing he didn't just herd the shepherd! He looks like he's having a lot of fun, mostly when he's smacking that sheep around. Haha!

Hi Sara, I think Oreo was doing a great job and did the right thing rounding you up as well because I wouldn't have been impressed with Tippy if she went and left one of the flock behind, I guess he didn't realise you were the farmer!

Too cute!! You can teach him the herding commands "come bye" and "away" for directions around the sheep and then it will be even more realistic! :)

Oreo is doing a great job on herding the the table and the sheep. I bought Reilly a huge stuffed sheep - its almost as big as him - but the only thing he does with it is try to hump it!!! Talk about an embarrassing sheep dog !

That is so cute! You are right, he was definitely taking the opportunity to herd you. Smart boy. ;-)

I love that little sheep almost as much as I love Oreo. It's hard to say which is more adorable!

That is beyond adorable! I think that little sheep may have a concussion by now, though. I love Oreo's face in the last frame of the camera, too!

This is what Tbone does all the time! Herd! Usually he tries to herd Jedi outside...but if he is inside, it's one of us. Tbone has more energy than any animal I have ever seen! ADHD even!!!
