misty monday ~what is this thing?

This is a fuzzy video, but look at how wonderfully Misty handles crazy baby Oreo.  My favorite part is when Oreo gets the zoomies (you'll see a blur in the distance), and Misty stands there watching.  I wonder what she was thinking...."What is this thing?"

Did you see Misty get a couple nips in? But, sweet Misty let Oreo have the toy in the end.

That is so adorable! Misty watching puppy Oreo zoom back and forth and wondering what the heck was he doing was too cute! She was a great big sister and it was so fun to see them together in this video!

That was so cute. Looked like Misty couldn't quite make out what baby Oreo was doing. Helen

Bless her, she must have thought you'd brought a little whirlwind home! Puppy Oreo was so cute!

She was much better with baby Oreo than my Ceilidh was with baby Beckett. But I can see, she was probably thinking "why the heck di they bring him home."

And Oreo was such a cute puppy.

I can't believe how fuzzy Oreo was! So cute.

I love Misty's kind patience. She was so endlessly good with teaching him manners and then letting him just be a puppy. I wish I could say I was as generous a sister. As always, thanks for sharing this sweet little moment.

What a sweet heart Misty was, it just showed through in everything she did, and what a little cutie Oreo was as a baby, he is just too cute! What a little firecracker!

Aw...Misty was such a lovely, patient girl!! And yes - I did see the nips - ha! ha! Good for her, actually! I think people get too hung up on "discipline" these days - dogs employ it with each other but know the timing and appropriate level and it's totally unemotional with them - it's just a functional signal for communication. I think it's good for an older dog to discipline and teach a puppy manners.

That bit in the middle really had me giggling -when Misty is just standing there and all you can see is this ball of black fur shooting past her, one way than another! Kind of reminds me of what's happening here in our house with Honey & Muesli at the moment!
