bambi

For about a week now, I've been trying to get a photo of a mama deer and her two babies that we see on our morning walk. As soon as I started carrying my camera with me, they went into hiding.

Yesterday morning, I spotted them, and they let me get quite close before scooting off into the woods.

I think you did well to get as close as you did, I hope you didn't drop the camera at the end!

Bob,
I did drop the camera! I dogs went a little crazy. Luckily, it still works....I think.

Cute!! It is so fun to see the baby deer - I love how they run with their white tails in the air!

Woah! Look at those white tails! Our deer out here don't have those. So cool you final caught them on camera. Kona saw a bambi once. It must have just been born because it was about her size. She thought it was really cool...

That is sooo cool. I love the end of the video where the dogs sound like they are going nuts, that made me feel right at home, and really gave me a good chuckle. I would be so excited seeing the deers on your walk, that is really neat.
